I know it took forever (nearly two months to be exact) but we finally received the video for the ASCAP Awards!! As previously posted, I covered the red carpet at The 20th Anniversary ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards with a film crew! I had an opportunity to meet and interview Mary J. Blige who was honored with the "Voice of Music Award," the super duper orgasmic Tank, the beautiful Letoya Luckett, Gabriel "Wonder" Arillo, Erica Campbell of Mary Mary, Young Berg, my new best friend Drew Sidora and the splendiferous Keri Hilson. Love muffins please keep in mind that I had no cue cards, it was a last minute thing and everything was very spontaneous! I did the best I could under the circumstances! He is recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records as the best selling hip-hop artist, with over seventy-five million albums sold worldwide including over fifty million in the United States alone. Most of Shakur's songs are about growing up around violence and hardship in ghettos, racism, problems in society, and sometimes qualms with other fellow rappers. Shakur's work is known for advocating political, economic, social, and racial equality as well as his raw descriptions of violence, drug and alcohol abuse, and conflicts with the law.
